Conditions and terms of agreement:
1) A $400. deposit per tank is required at the time of the pick-up. Upon safe return, $300. per tank shall be returned to the
renter. In the event of damage to the tank(s) that require replacement, the entire deposit will be withheld.
2) Transportation of the tank(s) is arranged by the renter and Company H, 1st Maryland. Delivery of the tanks shall require an
additional non-refundable fee to be determined on a case-by-case basis by Company H, 1st Maryland.
3) The renter agrees to follow proper cleaning protocol before using the tank(s) (washed with a 6:1 bleach-water solution and
thoroughly rinsed) and will not hold 1st Maryland liable if the protocol is not adhered to.
4) The renter assumes responsibility of properly setting up the tank (s) using the provided hardware
Waiver:
As the representative of named organization, I assume all responsibility for the transportation and use of (# of tanks) _____
polyethylene water tank(s), property of Company H 1st Maryland Infantry.
On behalf of my organization, I agree to follow the proper cleaning procedure outlined above and absolve Company H, 1st
Maryland Infantry of all liability if not followed.
